Summary
Industrial research is typically done using a production pipeline style workflow made up of specialized teams to facilitate particular steps within the pipeline. The large summary steps and hand-offs are typically well understood. I focused on the steps within a select few teams that can be typically over looked by managing staff but are often pain points for laboratory technicians that are the hands on specialist in the workflows
My Goal
My goal was to create a way for technicians and managers to better understand their workflow specifics by delivering a quick reference that would shorten discussion times and facilitate quick adjustments to the workflows where needed.
