I’m Matthew. I have a passion for facilitating process improvement through process mapping, pain points, and opportunity identification by using the most knowledgeable people available to identify challenges and create solutions, your team.

Over two short workshops, I will help your team identify potential or actual breakdowns of workflow processes that are sources of pain for end-users or employees. Discover insights about how you could improve the workflow or service delivery. Then I will show you how to quickly prioritize and create solutions with the highest impact for your business.

My years of experience in laboratory research and development have given me a unique perspective and experience developing and improving processes that are informed by the people actually working on the tasks. Utilizing their feedback and experiences I helped them optimize their work through visual mapping techniques.  I have adapted this system toward business optimization and prioritization.
